Здравствуйте! My name is Hannah and I’m a third year (technically a senior) studying abroad in Tartu, Estonia in the Spring 2016 semester. This blog is is a collection of weekly chapters about my experiences, musings, and general reflections while I’m abroad.
A little about myself: I’m an International Studies major and Linguistics minor at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. I used to have my career goals lined up, but right now it’s in the air. My response to this question switches between becoming a Foreign Service Officer to Journalist to full-time Researcher. My studies focus primarily on the Eastern and Central European region as well as Russia, hence why I’m studying Russian. When I’m not chest deep in IR literature I play tuba, write, and dabble in video games. I am a Brother of Kappa Kappa Psi, a national honorary band service fraternity in the United States.
